About Bard

Bard is a playmaking support, highly rewards skillful play and champion mastery. He along with Rakan, Thresh and Pyke interact with the game very differently. Bard uses a combination of roaming, stuns, slows and an ultimate that has the greatest potential of all abilities in the game to set up and deny any objective or team fight, by placing everything it hits into a statis akin to Zhonya. His playmaking potential is expressed heavily in his passive. Encouraging the player to roam, granting exp, move speed and mana so Bard doesnt fall behind in stats as he influences the map. This is very important roaming is core to Bard's identity, If you are looking for a support that is self reliant, able to carry and not get carried, and scales well without a budget.
